Location

Doesn't seem to have hot water in the room. There is ponding in the toilet area as there is no water trap in the toilet area (only at the sink and shower area). It is way too easy to turn on the rain shower. Room service is extremely slow.

Near universal studios. Staff are great. Very attentive

Problem with the lights. Not working every time we enter the room. We need to call them up to fix everyday

Breakfast is at Hotel Ora and not directly at the hotel. However Loma at Hotel Ora serves delicious and great variety of breakfast spread.

Perfect location, wifi good, bed comfy, bathroom clean. Staff very helpful.

Nothing to complain about

The location was great, really close to all the attractions and restaurants, the staff were super helpful, the free mini bar was a lovely touch. The room comfort, quality and conveniences were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here - we wish we could stay longer as we missed out on seeing the pool or experiencing the hotel in-room dining and restaurants - next time!

Our only issue we had during our stay which could have been improved was the water pressure in our shower and toilet - it was difficult to flush the toilet sometimes, and the shower water pressure could have been better. But these are minor and neither of these would affect our decision to return.

Close by to all the attractions. Lovely staff. Would like to mention a staff by him name (KAI). Very professional very helpful.

Head of housekeeping should inspect every detail coz one of the bathrobes belt has a hole on it. For a suite room that kind of thing shouldn’t happen.

Hotel Michael has an excellent location, it’s only minutes away from Universal Studios, Adventure Cove and the SEA Aquarium, with the Sentosa Express right outside for quick trips to Vivocity. This made it very convenient for our family with young children. The staff and housekeeping were consistently friendly, professional and attentive. Our room was always kept clean, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the generous supply of bottled water. The bathroom also had an artsy design which added a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the booking process was disappointing. Despite booking a twin double bed and confirming setup before arrival, we were only offered a king bed and had to pay extra for a rollaway per night. Our room was located at the far end of the corridor, which meant long walks to the lift, not ideal with a pram and little ones and the view overlooked the back of the MRT building. The biggest issue was the room’s electrics: the TV turned on by itself at random hours each night, which frightened the kids and made it difficult to sleep. There were also clicking noises, likely from the fridge or wiring, that disturbed rest.

Room could've been a little bigger. With all that walking, it would've been nice to have a microwave to heat food within the room.

We found small aunts in the room and the rooms were not clean that u can find dust on the tables and wood. Also we found out that there was a pants in the small balcony of room I don’t know for who. Also the sheet were not changed and it’s had humidity or not wattty. Finally we have to wait for very long queue for breakfast due to all hotels have their mean in ora hotel

Building works going on that we were not told about- some of the original areas we were expecting were not available which was disappointing

Our family of 4 got upgraded to deluxe king and it was spacious

The toilet was hard to flush. A printed map of resorts world would have been helpful as we did get lost on first day trying to get to vivo city. We walked right past the Sentosa express.Also with all the construction, a printed FAQ would be nice, as in how to get to Harry Potter. How to get to breakfast. How to get to shuttle bus.

Great location, spacious stylish clean rooms with big comfortable beds and fabulous views. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Special thank you and gratitude to Guest Relations “Andy” whose attention to our special requests re our 3 rooms ensured our short stay was perfect.

The hotel location is awesome.

Breakfast quality is so so, especially the eggs area. To be honest, it’s worst so far I had in my experience in hotel stay. The breakfast location is far. The room is far from the loft. The price is not that worth overall.
